Do i need to provide any equipment or supplies?
You don't need to provide any equipment or supplies as we have our own products. If you wish us to use your supplies, it is totally fine.
What is the difference between general cleaning and deep cleaning?
General cleaning aims to keep everything on top of it and maintaining this situation while deep cleaning aims to touch areas that are not been cleaned for a long time like inside the fridge and cupboards.
Can i pay bank transfer or cash ?
We will accept the both payment methods.
Do you provide quotes?
We don't work with quotes as the duration of cleaning times would differ house to house and it is hard to predict exact timing that's why we would give you average cleaning times according to your house size.
Do you clean carpets while cleaning house?
We don't do carpet cleaning as carpet cleaning machines are quite big and expensive that's why we suggest customers to call a carpet cleaning company.
Do you have minimum or maximum cleaning hours?
Our minimum cleaning time is 2 hours but for we don't provide a maximum time for cleaning as it can take up to very long hours depending on how regularly your house is been cleaned.
When can you clean my house ?
This would be depending of the week as we sometimes get quite busy with the work that's why it might take 1 or 2 weeks to come to your house.
